Its been cool. I have not had any band issues. My issues I had and will periodically have is not eating slow enough. It took me a few weeks in the beginning to get it down. Now the only time i have issues is if I am eating on the run or trying to eat while driving. You tend to forget because you get so busy, and then I make my self sick. So I always try to stop and take time whenever I get ready to eat. Since having the band I noticy that I do not get that hungry, but when I do I have been on empty so long that I am hungry to a point of getting sick. So I try to eat something every few hrs so I do not get like that.

I have lost 65lbs so far. I am just now getting back committed to the gym. I know people who have lost a lot more. But I am good as long as I am losing. I watch what I eat. I still eat some bad food, but at least with the bad it is not that much of it. I noticed I have to change up my eating habits to make sure I am losing. One week I may go low carbs and later to back to low calories. So whatever I am feeling that week. I treat the band as a tool and not the end all to my weight loss. So it is still work to loss even with the band.

No, I have not lost any hair. I make sure I am getting enough protein. As longs as I eat right, I am pretty good. I am glad I had the surgury, I probably could have lost a lot more like some people, but I like it being gradual. Majority of the people that know me, do not know I had the surgery, so they are assuming I have done it on my own. I like the gradual appearance. It has been a year. I had surgery at Dr. Carter in arlington carterlapband.com. I know about five people that he has performed the surgery on (2 co-workers, my best friend and two of her aunts) we all went on recommendations of each other. He has really good best side manner. and I go to the monthly support meetings . Let me know if you have any questions
