My doctor just said that I should lose 5-10 pounds before surgery. Since my initial consultation I have actually gained 6 (My grandmother died last weeks and we were with her in the hospital for a couple of weeks and ate nothing but junk). I would like to do a liquid diet before my surgery which is one week from today. Can someone please tell me what a liquid diet consists of? __________________ is true

I am due to have my lapband done by Dr Sanchez next week. I know 2 people who have used him and had no problems at all.
