I'm only 2 days ahead of you but I tell you it gets better!!! Keep up on the liquids and I KNOW they suck. It is just now starting to feel normal to me to take a drink every few minutes. They sent me home with a book full of liquid recipes, there is one, Peanut Butter, milk, 1/2 banana, scoop of protein and some ice in a blender that actually tastes great!! Stay strong !
