It's $150 for me.......everything was included for the first year, but now it's $150 an adjustment. If a little more or less needs to be done within a week of the appointment, there is no charge..... I wouldn't self adjust.....I'd be afraid I'd do something wrong.

Well Fenton......nice to see you back here! I've been absent of late as well....much going on in my life. I know this is going to sound weird after just getting back from a glorious cruise....BUT my husband and I are divorcing after 23 years. It's been a long time coming and I think we both considered the cruise a last ditch effort to reconnect....but we didn't. We fought four out of the seven nights....including a visit from the cruise police one night....gee, hardly humiliating at all. I am PROUD to say that through the stress, I've NOT turned to food....and I've actually lost weight. Of course, the fact that the band becomes a sphincter under stress may have something to do with it. I have been very restricted some days...... I bought my first pair of size 8 jeans the other day.....NEVER been that small that I can remember. At any rate....I'm here....I'm surviving...... SCRAPPY, you're in my thoughts....you'll sail through tomorrow with the great speed and power you've shown all along!

Potatoes in general fill me up so fast that I don't really bother eating them any more.....don't know what it is about them.

Thanks Amanda, I kept wondering if that was really me walking around in a bikini.....and yep, it really was! There were a lot of women that looked better....but I looked good enough for me!!

Sounds very familiar to me......and my husband I just separated. He has resented my weight loss and blames all of our problems on me "changing"....yes, I have changed. I won't settle anymore.

Well, two days from cruise day....can't believe it's here! I haven't lost any more weight, but haven't gained any either.....I'd hoped to be a little lower by cruise time, but I'm happy. A lot going on with me, hoping things settle down soon. I am looking forward to the DOWN TIME on the beach! I'll be back with a positively annoying amount of pictures in about ten days!

Just a quick check in....I'm still around....been lurking. Lots of stuff going on.....lots of emotional things I've had to deal with. I'm starting with a counselor this week.....both DH and I are going. It's been a rough couple of months......I've gained a couple of pounds, but not too bad. Going to get the food side under control NOW.....need to get back out walking....that helps everything, really. I'll be back in the swing at some point! I have cheered for everyone's successes, though! What an amazing group we are!! Thinking about you, Christine and hope you find the answers you need to feel better!

well.....I did it! I bought my first two piece swimming suit...... it's 'not bad'.....I won't be stopping traffic.....for good OR for bad...but it's not heinous....and that's okay with me!

well.....a year ago today I was in the recovery room wondering what the hell I was doing..... What a journey...... Can't believe it's been a year.....I was hoping to be at goal (who doesn't)....but I will be very satisfied with where I'm at and endeavor forward from here!!
