after losing 34 pounds during the liquid stage of which the first week was the hardest now after surgery the DR wont let me have any vitamins for a week i do nothing but sleep because of no energy i need my protien shake cant wait until friday did anyone else experience this

i think that the pre liqued diet helped me with not craving every thing

i felt the same way and then i look at my loved ones and how they would miss me if i died because of my bad health and so i go one my date is april 10 and i am ready for this journey to start so stick with it and keep your head right -

I am on liqued only but stick with it my banding is on the 10th of april -
yesterday was hard but not as hard as the 1st day, today so far has not been bad i had jello last night and it tricked my head into thinking i was full :thumbup:and then i ewent to bed before my head figured out i was tricking it lol :thumbup::thumbup:

i start my clear diet on the 28th of march but i am also type 2 d and my dr is cutting my med in half
