Does anyone feel angrier or more 'indignant' post surgery?
chochlte1 replied to itstimealready's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
That is very interesting that it's affecting you this way. I am the polar opposite and only 1 week post op. I find that I have a overwhelming calmness about things and can see things alot more clearly than before. Heck, before surgery my emotions were everywhere and fits of rage were common. -

So now 6 days post op and uber excited about my 1st follow up appointment on Friday! My latest discovery is that I am ALWAYS cold and at the expense of my kids the heater is always on. Does/Did anyone else experience this new frozen?

That's really awesome @HapyTris. I started stage 2 today and with some persistence I got down 2 protein drinks in between my breakfast and lunch.

Thanks! I am definitely going to listen to my body.

January 27th sleeve people who would like to connect
chochlte1 replied to hpa's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I was sleeved on the 26th and at 4 days post op I'm feeling pretty good. Fluid intake is getting better slowly and for now my primary focus. I don't want to go back dehydrated! -
What Was Your Final "straw That Broke The Camels Back"
chochlte1 replied to bigjoe102's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
For me it was very similar. My teenaged sons not having a mother Not being able to sit comfortably or without funny looks on an airplane Not being able to participate in many excursions during many cruise vacations with family and friends -
1/26/16 was D day! I had never been so excited to do anything in my life, well besides giving birth to my children. Day 1 post op had to be the most painful but today, day 4 I am feeling much better and doing well with the stage 2 meal plan. I'm even able to walk a bit more without being completely wiped out yay!!!
