Another May 14th here. I can't wait. More than anything I can't wait to be off this liquid diet! I wanted to eat my arm off today but I did not sucome to my demonds! We all need to keep in touch since we have the same surgery date. Mabie we can report to each other daily via this thread. We have a lucky date 7+7=14. 2X the luck!:tt1: -
Hello everyone. I am scheduled for surgery on May 14. Started the liquid diet yesterday. Anyone elce out there drinking you nutrition? If so I thought we could support one another. We can all do it!!!

Go get adjusted! That is what this is for. Don't wait untill you have gained all of your weight back. Even if your Doc gives you a hard time for gaining the adjustment and the weight loss is worth a few minutes of hearing your MD gripe! Go for it. You can do it we all believe in you!!!!!!

My liquids are as follows *Sugar Free Jello *Sugar Free Popsicles *Skim Milk *Strained low fat cream or broth soups *Tomato Soup *2-3 protein shakes per day *100% fruit or veggie juice *Crystyl lite *H2O Must follow for one week! -

Good luck! It is all mind over matter. I got a snow cone maker from walmart and some sugar free snow cone flavors. That is a fun snack and Jell-o is my new best friend!
