Did Dr. Marley put your band in?

I just started with this pain right below my breast. I've had my band for a year now and I haven't had any problems until now. Has anyone else had this problem? It can be very painful at times.

After I eat I get pain in my shoulder and neck is normal.

I'm feeling fine now. Called the dr. he wanted to see me. He unfilled my band for a week. I go back next week and he will start to fill again.

I was sick and throwing up. Now I'm worried that my band might have slipped.

I'm having a hard time with head hungry. I struggle with all my bad habits. I have lost45 lbs. gained 5 lost that now I gained 2. I feel that my band is tight enough, because It hurts when I eat. . I know I don'tI feel like a lost cause. I was baned Feb 11th. Please HELP!

My Dr. has you do liquids after a fill. I was wondering what others do?

OUCH! I feel bad that it hurt so much. What my Dr. does is:you lay down & put your hands above your head then when he is ready you lift your feet so your stomach is hard, that way he can feel the port better. Hope next time goes better.

Congratulations! Me too. It feels sooo good. It's the first time in 5 years.

I didn't realize that I would have to count calories. I thought the band would do the work for me. I'm not good dieting that's why I'm fat. I knew I would eat healthy but count calories. Boy was I stupid.

I 'm disabled and need to find exercise that I can do. I can't walk etc. I ride a stationary bike, but would like to do more. Any idea would be great.

Wendell if you are still here. Besides the band what else do you do to loss the weight?

Went for my first fill on 3/26. Still can eat anything. Dr. was not happy that I can eat said I need to diet. I thought the band was to help with that. It's hard not to eat when that's all you know. I'm trying but it's very hard and I'm getting depressed about it. Don't know what to do. I need help!

Yes I lost it per & post op. I haven't losted anything since then.

I have never felt any restriction. I only eat 3 meals as per dr's orders. I try and count calories and eat the Protein first then veggie's and fruit. It's hard without restriction. I know I eat more than I should. I need the help from the band. I can't do it alone. If I could I wouldn't have been banded. The dr. won't fill you if your not hungry. I'm never hungry. I would hate to lie about it but I think that's what will happen if I want restriction. I going to see a therapist on Wed. sure hope he can help.
