Yes, I agree with Sades too. You are still swollen from the surgery. I was like that too.

I'm from California and I had the lap band procedure in July, 2005, by Dr. Felix in Fresno. I have maintained a weight loss of 70 pounds. I was a size 20/22, and now I am a size 8 or 10. Best decision I ever made. Lately, I have been having this "growling" sound in my esphogas area, especially when I lay down. I is constant, like every 10 seconds or so. I lay on my back, elevated, and that helps, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and what helped.

Yes, take your time on your fills, getting VERY small amounts until your comfort zone. Some days my band feels tighter than other days. Also, after a year, I had the doctor remove all of the Fluid, and put back in the same amount--he called it "recalibration". My band felt different, but no Fluid was added.
