I just found out that January 11 I am going to Cancun. So I have made a goal before I go seeing as I have a pretty aggressive fill, I think I can reach it. I weighed today and my weight was 248 so my goal is to lose 10 pounds before I go to Cancun. Now, the only way I am going to do this is by going to the gym ATLEAST 3 times a week!
So there are my goals, to lose 10 pounds in a month by working out ATLEAST 3 times a week, I WILL do it. another thing is since when I started at 311 I never took proper before pics and since I figure I am about half way to my journey I am going to take some real before's so that I can begin to tell the difference and have motivation to get this weight off for good!
I also need to be making sure I am drinking a protein shake every morning!
Oh and by the way, in any case that someone actually reads this I really do want to connect with some people on lapbandtalk because I know you guys will be great assets! Feel free to drop me a line!
