Hello, I am a new lapband patient. I had the lapband on Friday, February 8,2008! I used Dr. Adam Smith in Fort Worth, TX. My sister and I are taking the journey together, she had hers done the day before mine. So far everything has been going good. I have lost 13 pounds since starting the postop diet and the surgery itself. Its a great head start for me and I am very excited that I took the leap ahead and gathered the courage to do this for myself! If I can answer any questions for anyone, just ask!
