Hey Una, thanks for the comment! Sorry it took me so long to respond. As weird as it sounds, I worked out as is bulking, and took in around 350g protein / 1800 cal / ~30 carbs or so a day and did my best to bulk on low cal. I'm still trying to bulk into my skin - lifting for size, 0 cardio, etc. I have pretty bad skin problems - nothing on my stomach, it's my handles and lower back for me... areas that get smaller as you work them, not bigger : /. Just makes it look worse. You look great by the way, I think you're going to fit into your skin much better than I have. Be proud man, you're doing great.
