I have lost 51 lbs since surgery 8/20/2009. I feel the same... I have gone from a size 20/22 to a size 12/14 and I also feel great but I still see that big girl in the mirror. I do not know how to get past this. I guess this is the downfall of being big for so many years. I am here if you need me.... Let me know how you are doing... again you look fantastic!!! Oh and the need to still work on your body.... just do it.... it can only keep you healthier and healthier as the days go by...
