Hi girls, Yes, Brandy, many seem to have floated over to B2G. I found that site a long time ago, but I didn't find it too different than here at the time so I stayed here. I have posted a few times as you know, but I really don't have time for either place. I'm doing fine. Don't really eat well these days. I am feeling like I'm tighter than before which I've read that happens sometimes to people. Weird. I can't eat much, but can't help but wonder if my stress level isn't part of it too. Hope everyone is doing well! ~C

Hi Brandy! And everyone! Girl I am just so busy. I didn't fall off the face of the earth. I'm exhausted. I know Leslie is taking a break from LBT for a while. I'm not sure about anyone else. Seems like so many threads are a little slow moving. Must be the time of year. Sports for the kids are in full force, so many of us are in school full time and work full time. Busy, busy busy. I'm glad you're doing well Brandy. I've lost a few pounds last week. I'm still hopeful I can meet my goal of getting under 200 by the end of the year. We'll see. Only 10 pounds to go! Hi!!!!!!!! I'm so sorry! I'm on a Christmas committee at work (cuz I'm not busy enough working full time, school full time and taking call!) and got involved preparing the decorations! LOL I realized I'd work past the point of making it to the meeting. How was it? I miss you guys too! According to all the pics and posts, it would seem as though there are some amazing transformations that have taken place in this group. When is the next one? I really want to get to one. I guess I didn't realize you were still going to run it...I'm sorry I didn't cheer you on ahead of time. Everyone- thanks for the info on the fill thing. I am torn. There are days that I just can't eat much, and everything seems to get stuck, and then there are days that I feel that I can eat too much. I may go with a teenie weenie fill just to see if that helps. I am really tired of these plateaus. ~C

Hi Brandy Glad you have fun at the concert. Who did you see? Congrats on the 1 pound. Girl you are rockin' all the time. I don't know what you're doing, but it's working. Kudos to you! I'm back to not losing again. I have also stopped logging my food. Correlation? Hmmmmm. I don't know. I'm so darned busy these days I just don't know what it is. I'm getting nervous about the holidays though. I don't know if I'm tight enough, but too scared to risk it. Eeks! I can drink water like a normal person, but not gulp. There is no sipping though. I don't know if I could adjust to sipping. I have a hard enough time getting water in being able to drink normal! I don't know what to do. I just sort of hang out here in limbo land. Sometimes I lose 1 or 2 pounds, but nothing regularly. I should probably consider getting a fill. I just don't understand what it SHOULD feel like. Should it hurt? Should it burn? How many bites? ~C

OMG Bea...that sounds hilarious! I am notorious for playing sports like that! LOL Drives my DH crazy...he is so serious, especially when we golf. I like to take my shoes off and butt wiggle before I swing! He hates it, so he says, but I hear him tell people about it and he laughs! Wow...everyone is getting fills. For the holidays maybe? I'm scared to death to get a fill. We all know what happens when I go see the doctor. I want to be a tad tighter, but just too darn scared. What do you think? ~C

Hi girls! I'm beat, but I wanted to pop in and say hi. I didn't log my food all weekend, and today was just an awful eating day. Nothing but junk really, but I still got <900 cals in. Weird. These weeks are so tough for me. I think I'm getting too old to pull 12 hour shifts 4 days in a row. I need a desk job or something. I'm tired, and noticing that I'm struggling to find the energy to get to the gym. I just don't know how I'm going to push through this. I keep hoping things will settle down, I'll feel better tomorrow, etc. Anyway, I will keep trying. I want to get there more than 3 days a week. Too much homework is part of the problem. So I guess we all have a little whining to do. I too know it will all work out. Take care everyone...see you tomorrow? ~C

Hi everyone! Oh TGIF!!!!!! I am so glad to be off today. This week was tough. I can't believe how much homework I have. This term is going to suck. Plus I can't really address my homework until my days off because it's so involved. I have had a weird eating week. I didn't eat much the other day, didn't feel well so I made a smoothie. I don't know if my calculations are right on TDP, but wow! Good thing I didn't eat any food! Yesterday I haven't even logged yet, but I didn't do well. Was uncomfortable most of the day. I think it was the chicken I had for lunch. Then the popcorn last night did me in. I haven't exercised, so I gotta hit it hard today and all weekend. I hope to do better next week. Maybe once I feel 100% again and getting back into the routine of school. I only had a week off for heaven's sake! Leslie---Did you run this morning? ~C

Hi girls, I'm sorry I haven't been on. I've been working 12 hour shifts and was in school for 12 hours yesterday. Ugh. Plus, the site was weird for a few days and I couldn't get on. I'm not feeling very well. My DD has strep, and now I have a sore throat, the sweats and the general blahs. My doc ordered a throat culture for me too today, so we'll see if I have it. I hope not, I hate being sick. I'm a better nurse than patient! LOL I've lost a few more pounds and I am psyched! I am getting so close to my mini goal of getting to Onderland. I didn't eat much today, but I have been keeping up on the logging. I need to get to the gym, but have been so darn busy and feeling yucky I haven't been able to. Ezma, I did South Beach long before being banded. The ricotta cheese dessert is awesome! My favorite is the Mocha one...I changed it up a bit though. I put in instant coffee (instead of espresso powder) I added almond extract (just a tad) I use Splenda Now here's the part I added sometimes to really change it up....occasionally, I would put some chocoloate chips into the food processor and sprinkle some of them on the top! So yummy!

YAY!!!!!!! Good job! Omg Bea...I had 2 Margaritas last night too! I thought for sure I'd screw up everything I'd worked for all week. I have been logging my food and really paying attention. I even had a sliver of chocolate cake that I shared (with 2 other people). I couldn't believe I had lost! I did a happy dance right then and there! LOL (not a pretty visual, but hey). So, after all that, I then turned around and had a very bad eating day today. I'm scared to journal it. I was at an all day scrapbooking thing and the food was provided. I didn't get a choice in what was served, but I did partake in the cookies/dessert tray. So that makes another ding for me, but I'll be back on it tomorrow! ~C
