I was wondering about Zylene also.My chiropractor swears by it and unfortunatley the band is not working for me.I juat had it done three months ago I workout 90 min a day.I do have thyroid problems though so was wondering if it would help boost my matabolism

I was banded on May 7th.The first two weeks I was fine I felt restricted and was loosing.As soon as I started mushies I stopped loosing and now that I am on regular foods i gained two pounds.I am working out the only thing is I can eat alot .Anyone else hungry?I really hope after I get a fill I see a differance I am getting discouraged.

I am so glad its not only me.I have been stuck since I started mushies and I am on regular foods now!!!I am eating such a small amount i am so frustrated. -
my doctor said to avoid scrambled eggs. That all his patients have trouble.He said they have no explanation for it but they get stuck.Hope this helps.Mashed potatoes seem to be good.

Hey evryone.I was banded on may 7th.I have been on mushies for about a week.I have been eating fine until today!I can't take more that like 4 bites and it feels like it is sitting there.Why would restriction get worse as I heal?Anyone else have this feeling?Thanks

Hi,I am detting banded may 7th by Dr.Boone.I have heard great things about both.My general prac actually recomended Higa but I really liked Boone's bed side manner and he did my dad's gallbladder surgery and he had no pain went to work the next day.Good luck with your decition.You will be in great hands with Higa! -
