Am I the only one in this club who doesn't count calories? Just curious??? I only eat when I am hungry... and then, I eat meat first, then veggies and fruit. It seems to be working great for me. I don't see how you guys count calories. It is too difficult for me. This last fill has really been GREAT for me. If I put something in my mouth when I am not physically hungry... it won't go down! I LOVE my band!

A lot of people can fluctuate 2-3lbs a day... So I wouldn't worry about that in a week... I was 272lb yesterday and this morning.. 275lbs. Tell her to not worry about it!

Can someone tell me the nutritional values in it? My cousin claims it doesn't have many carbs, but I would think it does??? THANKS!!!

OK, guys and gals... have to share something that happened at lunch... I went to JC Penny's and wanted to try on some shirts... I picked up all 2X, because they looked small to me... Well, I had to go back out and get XL!!! Hey, when this all started I was struggling to fit into 3X!!!!

No I don't speck Czech... my grandparents do. I would love to learn. Supposedly our family names are pretty common there??? Have you ever heard of Matula or Kalina, Sabrsula? Just curious??? Good luck to you!!!!

Eficka~ Welcome!!! My family on both sides are originally from Czech!! It is so awesome to meet you. I want to travel there one day! The Czech heritage does seem to have larger people. My family is overweight all over. All of that great food and pastries! Welcome Again!

Thanks! My DH's buddy went with us last night, and he is like my brother. They all think of me as one of the guys. I NEVER get compliments from the guys, EVER. Well, last night he told my DH when they went to get something to eat, that I looked good. Then on the way home, I was saying how cool it was that I have lost almost 100lbs since my daughter was born. He then told me that I looked good... It just made me happy that people are FINALLY noticing. I like being called HOT!!!!

Holy crap guys!!! I weigh 273! That fill I had is working so well I just don't know what to do!!! I LOVE my band. I went to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo last night. My DH's old boss was TOTALLY hitting on me!!! I was luvin every minute of it! He told me like 5 times how hot I looked!!!!

Yesterday I had to go to my PCP for a small issue and all of the nurses there were complimenting me and saying how great I looked and I just couldn't believe it!!!:confused: This is one of the happiest days of my life!!!:clap2:

Of course I can't keep my big mouth shut on this one!!! Tricia is one of the most CARING people on this board... Honestly, for some of you to think she was trying to be ugly is ridiculous. I get really frustrated with some of the posts also where people have no clue what is going on! When I signed up from this board... I had the same horrible posts... I was preparing for surgery and had never heard the term PB??? Well, I asked, talked and found out about it... My Dr. and your Dr.'s probably don't have the time to tell you EVERYTHING you need to know... but MY Dr. suggest a support group (LBT) and this is where I learned almost everything. Now, when there are more specific questions, I do call the Dr., I don't just listen to an experienced bandster if I am REALLY scared. Sorry to get off topic, but I thought this was a great thread, and I AGREE With Tricia 100%~

Heather's Tip~ If I feel like munching... I get me a iced cold glass of tea, and sip it... Therefore I get to put something in my mouth. By the way, the tea is DEFINITELY sugar free!!!

OK, just realized that I have lost 89 pounds since May 4, 05 when I popped out my baby!!! That is CRAZY!!! I will definitely be at minus 100 for her BDAY!

I am just so overwhelmed with all of the Awesome folks here!!! I LOVED reading each and everyone of your stories!!! Everyone seems to be doing just great with their weight loss. Sorry I have been absent... Work has been CRAZY! I am hoping to spend all afternoon to go thru my 20 pages of NEW POSTS!!! I try and keep up everyday, but there are a lot! Monday I am going to the RODEO and Wednesday too!!! I am going to be drained next week, but at least I will look good I have on a Size XL t-shirt today instead of a 3X!!! That is just way too cool for me. I am about to leave and go get a pedicure and my nails done, so... I will be back this afternoon. Keep up the great work! AND P'NUT!!!! THANKS so much for keeping all of this stuff in order!!! This Club would be done the pisser already if I had to keep up this week!

I am bothered by everyone leaving or taking a break... or getting their feelings hurt. I am bothered that people are getting upset at "newbies" for trying to help others with the rules. Like "newbies" are dumb just because they haven't had the band for 18 mths or more??? A LOT of the people that are offering advice are offering what they have been told by their Dr.... Just what is bothering me these days... So sad that people are taking everything so hard. I really try not to. Just my 2 cents!!!
