I worried about this also... I love to party and was worried that I wouldn't get to do it anymore. This is what I do... 1. Sip all my drinks... ABSOLUTELY NO CHUGGING. 2. No carbonated drinks for me. ( I drink Margaritas like crazy) 3. When I was in High School, I could drink 12 beers and not feel a thing... now, 1 drink and I am feeling the effects. 4. I just take things a lot slower and I drink all the time (on weekends) so I know when enough is enough. Just the thought of throwing up and possibly ruining my band is enough to just say no. By the way... Greg... really loved all the info in your post. I just took an online Driver's Education's course... and the Alcohol section was my favorite. I learned a lot from it.

Wow!!! Similar thing happened to me Monday at the mall. At the mall the columns are made of mirrors in the department stores... and also when you walk by the store windows... you see your reflection... Well, Monday was the FIRST time I saw my reflection and wasn't completely disgusted!!! I didn't have to suck anything in, or pull anything down!!! We will get there one day.:confused:

Diane and Susan!!! WOW!!!! We must be triplets! I am hearing the same stuff... My size 8, yes, size 8 cousin told me at lunch that we are almost the same size.... I laughed at her for a good 5 minutes.... I know the clothes say size 18, and 1X instead of 26/28 and 3X/4X, but I think they are labeling all the clothes that I am buying wrong! :confused: I still feel like I am in the HUGE FAT suit! I still feel like the fattest person in the room.... Will we ever feel normal? Will it just take time?

LOVE the challenge ideas!!!! You sure do come up with some great stuff Susan!!! I didn't lose a pound this week! (But I lost like 3 and 4 the weeks before, so I am gonna keep my big mouth shut.) The no sugar and no flour thing is an automatic for me!!! I don't ever have either of the two... but the exercise is something that I have been slacking on!

About a challenge... sounds fun to me... I haven't lost any this week... I need a kick in the butt!!!!

I think some people are not arguing that you could lose your excess weight... it is just a face that some body would not fit into a 4. I think anyone is capable of losing their "EXCESS WEIGHT"... I do not that everyone is capable of being a size 4. My bones wouldn't fit into a size 4.

I remember the nurse trying to wake me up ... and I just wanted to stay asleep... Then I felt like I was going to puke... and like I was really drunk... Then they started to try and get me up and I realized then that I had peed on myself... (I just knew that was going to happen) and boy was my bladder full!!!! I had HORRIBLE gas pain, and there was a lady who had surgery right before me whining and crying about the pain... and when I am hurting, I need SILENCE. I wanted to leave so bad that I sucked my Water down quick! That LADY drove me ABSOLUTELY NUTS!!!! You would have thought someone cut her foot off!

I have to share something with you guys that happened last night that isn't at all related to the band... My daughter is 11 months old now and she is testing out the walking waters.... She will let go of my hands and stand for a few seconds on her own. This weekend she took 3 steps... well last night she figured out that she had this toy that she could walk behind and she was boogie-ing all over the place.... With this particular toy, you have to have really good balance and I just was bawling when she started doing that. She isn't a little baby anymore!!!! It was the MOST AWESOME thing that I have ever seen in my life.... I will post pictures when I download them. Happy Weight Loss to you guys!!!

Just got a letter in the mail from UHC stating that Dr. Spivak is no longer in their network. But, I have out of network coverage, so I am good!

I have 2.2cc and losing 2-3 pounds a week. Everyone is different though.

All I can say is WOW Diane!!! I thought you were so pretty before... and now you are down right hot!!!! You just keep up the GREAT WORK!!

What size do you have to be to fit into Express Jeans? WAY to go!!!!
