I am sure quite a few on LBT unsuccessfully tried a weight loss program prior to making their decision to get banded. Keeping in mind that the band is just a tool to help assist with weight loss, I was wondering if anyone has tried joining Weight Watchers or another type of weight loss program after they were banded to help w/their weight battle? I know after surgery many of us have a year or more of dietician, psychologist, and group support through our band docs. However, reading through the threads I noticed there are quite a few of us who still struggle with losing the weight and we often turn to other LBT members for suggestions and support. One would think that between the band, a structured weight loss program, the support from the weight loss meetings, and the continued support and advice from LBT members, you would be pounding at weight with constant one-two punches.:boxing::boxing: Any opinions on this out there?
