I am considering the lapband but very concerned about how hard it is to keep the weight off. I've lost a ton but gained back a ton and 1/2 - you alll know what I mean. And it gets easier and easier and faster to gain it back.
What's the deal with the lapband and maintaining your weight loss? Love to hear how the veterans have done with it. Problems/ challenges/ stuff to avoid.
