HELP cannot get rid of gas

well just wait , the gas gets wears expecialy when you get your fill. my dr says i swallow to much air when i eat or drink -
be very carefull i got filled two days ago , i did protein drinks and was fine went home to eat dinner ate fish and throw it up i guess if you grind it all up it wont be bad:sad:

Last Thursday I was finely banded Thank God so for its been wonderful no problems , so far, I eat just small amounts. like 1/2 cup of cottage cheese i love it , little tender but no pain . i have not had a fill yet not till 6 to 8 weeks after surger.

Im getting ready for surgery i got my medical clearence today,but i have been eating everything . why im doing this is beyoned me:ohmy: Any one have any answers and i woried that im going to fail .

i told people and i wish i didn't. Big mistake, they look at me like your not big enough ,and you can do it on your own , save your self the head ack don't tell them . -
