Starving! and other food questions.......

I am no expert but it looks to me like you are really lacking in protein. You might try adding a protein shake mid morning or try having something with protein with breakfast. Less cereal and added protein. -

Would It Kill Me....
hollyu2 replied to wickman2617's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I strongly recommend lasting a few more days. get some slim fast with protien or something else liquid but dont move to mushies just yet. you will thank yourself in the end. -
I have been very good at staying away from soda pop. But the coffe thing has bitten me and I have been drinking coffee in the mornings and making it last into the afternoon. I am wondering if I am setting myself up for health problems, or what the original reason I stopped drinking it was. Pop I understand, bubbles. But coffee doe not have bubbles. Is anyone else drinking coffee?:confused2:

I also wonder about the restiction thing, some days I feel so restricted that almost anything not liquid seems to give me pain or cause me to pb. Other days I can eat fairly normal and no PBing at all. White bread seems to alway give me grief. But why the fluctuations in restriction? Any one know?

I have to laugh at the image of my boobs watching me tie my shoes. I havent seen them looking back at me in the mirror for years. Any way, I had to wait one year for the surgery and if I follow up one year after surgery and need a tummy tuck my insurance will cover it as a regular surgery. So far so good. My only concern right now is getting the weight off nad that has still proven to be VERY difficult. My body screams to hang onto the fat it so dearly loves.
