I am still a stall. Ugh Mental and Physical Exhausted!

The stalls suck, I know...
If I may be so bold as to share my experience...
The stalls are gonna come and there's nothing we can do about it...
But if it hangs around, I've found that dicking about with your calories helps...
Shock your body into doing SOMETHING...
One day, have 1200 cal...
Next, drop to 800...
Then go up to your highest limit, even over slightly (by a piece of chocolate or a half a muffin)..
Then down to your lowest limit...
I know it's kinda weird, but that's what seems to work for me...

This stuff drives me crazy at times.... I thought I reached my set point and had leveled off at 195. I was there for 2 1/2 weeks.... I freaked out when I went to 197 thinking I was back to old habits and old problems. Now I've dropped to 193 and I'm thinking I shouldn't lose any more. I can't be satisfied. I am paranoid of gaining again but also worried about losing too much. Perplexing to say the least.

I really got used to the stalls. For me, they told me that the process was still working. Your body just needs time to adjust itself. I did learn was there really is nothing you can or should do to "fix" them besides following the plan. Trust me, I have had to lose the last half of my 147lb loss without exercise because of several surgeries. I stalled a lot but still got to goal in 18 months. You can do this!
