I'm scheduled for surgery at Abbott for Nov 1st. I talked with Dr. Chute about that. I told him I DID NOT want the bypass done if they couldn't do the band. He said all I had to do was cross it off the form. So I crossed off that sentence or two and wrote. "I do not want the bypass done if the band cannot be placed."
