  1. Come on Maudeispam! You can get number 4 done today. My goals for today: Eat healthy (protien shake Breakfast, salad for lunch, healthy (PORTION CONTROLLED) dinner Drink 5 bottles of Water
  2. Strawberries, ice, powder in a blender (the magic bullet is very good to imo)

Well my friend called me to see if i still wanted to work out today and I said no...then i waited 5 min called her back told her i was feeling guilty and we ought to go...*YAY ME..right?* Well on her way to the gym she rear ended someone (because someone else ran a red light). How is that for luck?
  5. You go ladies! I am done tomorrow. I did not put my menu on todays "I wills" because I knew I would be going out with friends and would not make good choices. I did not make good choices for dinner but I did not break my "I wills" NEXT TIME I will make it a goal no matter where or who i'm with. I felt horrible eating the hamburger and onion rings. I WILL MAKE GOOD CHOICES WHEN I EAT EVEN IF I EAT WITH FRIENDS
  6. RoadQueen, so do I and so far you're doing awesome. MaudeisPam great goals and great start. Keep it up! So far i've gotten everything done at work I'm still working on my Water though

  10. Wow guys it is GREAT to come home from work and see so many replies. Boysmom how did you do? Did you make your 3:00 goal? RoadQueen it is awesome you still held your self accountable for yesterday and I think it's good to modify your goals and what not. I had to cut back my Water from 8 to 6 becuase it was too much for me. 2 of your Goals are done! YEAH! Lisa that is awesome, ship it ship it! Hey after 2 days of excersizing I broke down and actually wrote it down as a goal. I was afraid to because I didn't want to write it and not do it. SO IF I'M GOING SO ARE YOU! GOT IT? :confused: You can do it...you will do it...and you will kick butt. So far i've had my healthy meals (and the salad is in the fridge) and i've had 4 bottles of water out of 6.     That is fantastic! I too had a friend find out (only this was by accident I didn't choose to tell them) and it has been great to have the support (even though they didn't agree with my decision) and be able to talk to them about it.
  16. Maudeispam - great things how you doing? Lisa - very nice hey you worked on it and that is awesome. Any "I will(s) today? DeeDee- that is a great start. I teach and in some odd way it's nice not to have the temptation to go out to eat. I have to eat what I bring. So if I can make the choice to bring healthy stuff i'm good to go from then on out. Any "I wills?" I love that we are keeping this going, it is really making me stick to what I say because I don't want to come on here and tell you guys otherwise.
  17. Goodmorning everyone, here we go again. Keep up the great work. Lisa don't leave us it's a brand-new day. Clean slate time even if you didn't hit yesterday's goal, and if you did CONGRATS! Today I will: Drink all of my Water (6 bottles 16.9oz ea) 4 of them will be before I leave work I will not eat after 7 Eat healthy (protien shake for Breakfast, tuna for lunch, and a subway sandwinch with fat free pringles for dinner)
  18. Haha very nice. Well I have completed 2 of my 3 so far. I drank all of my Water, did the stairs plus twenty five minutes in the fitness room (in my apartment complex) and I have brushed my teeth so I will not eat for the rest of the night. It isn't an option. *trying to hold on strong* Yay! Lisa, how you doing?

  22. OH! Wow you really did mean buckets! YUCK! Why not take half out and work on that half in the living room (if feasible) so it doesn't seem so overwhelming. I can't wait to see the after pics also remember it's not all or nothing.

  24. DeeDee and With the band, how are you guys doing today? Glad you jumped in on this with us. Lisa! You can do this you can do it. Think about how good you will feel once you get it done. Figure out a way to reward yourself once it is done, hey if you'd pay 500.00 why not take 20 and go get your nails done, or 100 and go to a spa tomorrow. The papers won't disappear, tomorrow won't be a better day to do them. You committed yourself for a reason and from reading your posts I can tell you are the kind of person who follows through. DO NOT GIVE UP. Sounds like your doing great with everything else. Idea, why not set your timer for 20 minutes go in there and work until the timer goes off and then stop. That way you've done your paperwork and a chunk of it will be gone.
