I'm sooo sorry to hear about your brother. That is really sad. Life sometimes is unfair....Stay strong... You did very well!! Did you lose weight before the surgery or is the weight loss from surgery till now? What kind of protein mix are you using?? Any suggestions as to which is better. I'm using this Nectar, it's pretty good, but I don't think it's filling. Maybe because I'm not banded...and to me it's like drinking water. I really appreciate any suggestions!! 8 more days... and counting.. lol. Talk to u soon!!
