Blood sugar high on Pre-op diet?

My sugar pre op was between 125 and 160 went on preop diet sugar was between 85 and 103 post op i been between 75 and 90 with 3 protein shakes a day -

I dont know if it well help i had a harder time with cold water when i started to use room temperature water it has been a little easier to drink my liquids shakes down -
