Hi thank you so much for the info you did answer some of my concerns. I thought that about the counsling for lap band I figured maybe because it's not invasive is why people get it so fast without months of counsling. Yes, but I haven't even went to the meeting yet, but I really feel that this is what I want. I am 31 and need to do something before I get older. It is so hard to diet I have tried so many things which im sure everyone here has and I refuse to have gastric I don't want my insides cut up. I did have one more question what about this pre op diet thing what is that and how long do you have to do this. I heard some people saying they do it for like 3-6 months or something like that is what I have been reading here. I also heard like for 6 days and what is it that you eat on this diet before surgery how long did you yourself have to be on this diet?
