How much calories should I be eating?

Im glad you have asked. Good question for this newbie. I'm eating fewer calories now. I set it at 1300 but I have been getting 800-900 and the app I'm using tells me I'm NOT eating enough to lose weight. I'm at a loss. Thank you. -

My psychacitrist said he would do mine. I don't know if the insurance will ask for someone else. He seemed confident that he'd be the one to do it. I am curious now. Good luck.. -

Congratulations!! No advice here but tons of support. Did you change a lot of your daily drinking and eating habits before you started your presurgery diet? Good luck and keep us updated about your diet, I kinda worried about doing it.
