I ran elliptical for 40 minutes every weekday, rested on weekends. That's it

I really love coming on here to give updates because I remember how I thought it would be impossible to be healthy and get fit and feel good after everything, but seeing photos of others who have undergone the same grueling process - gave me so much more drive!

I wore them all the time except while sleeping. Combined with exercising and the right diet and a lot of water intake it just worked

Don't get discouraged! I read sooooo many horror stories, too, but nothing was going to stop me, and I'm glad I was as determined as I was, because I could not be happier than I am now!!
