Hi KristyVsg! It's actually not that bad. My surgery is March 15 and I'm on day 7 of my liquid diet. As long as you keep yourself busy your body won't even remember "oh I'm hungry". Lol! I'm normally chilled and in the house after work, but since I've started this diet I've been working out twice a day to stay busy and it's working. I'm down 11lbs. I just minimum my workout activities to riding the stationary bike and walking around the indoor track to avoid getting light headed or dehydrated.

Hi! My surgery is scheduled for March 15 and I'm thrilled. I'm still waiting for the actual feelings of excitement and anxiety to hit me, but I'm sure it will happen the closer my surgery date gets.

March 15 in Louisiana

My surgery date in on March 15 in Lafayette at LGMC. I've had nothing, but a great experience with the staff. The bariatric coordinator is awesome and my doctor is Dr Eschete.
