I was sleeved on 2/9. I've only lost 43lbs. I've been at the same weight for 3 weeks now. Any tips to get over this plateau? Help! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I was sleeved 2/9/16 and my periods have been regular since (I started the day after surgery). I was on metformin for PCOS for 10 years prior to surgery, but haven't taken it since surgery. So for now I can say yes periods are more regular and facial hair doesn't grow as fast. I've lost 43lbs so far. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Surgery February 9th, scared I'm going to gain weight
KellyRN posted a topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I had my sleeve on February 9th and I've lost 35lbs, but I am terrified I'm going to eat too much and gain weight. Anyone else feel like this? How do you deal with it? What is your total daily calorie count? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

At my last follow up they increased my Protein target to 80-100 grams per day. I usually get 80-90 per day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Protein shakes (160 calories each), low fat string cheese, chicken breast, turkey breast, salmon, yogurt. I'm not eating bread, rice, or potatoes. If you read my post, you'd notice that I said I stay UNDER 1,200 calories per day, not that I eat 1,200 calories a day. Most days I don't even get near that. My surgeon increased my Protein target to 80-100 grams per day and I feel like I'm constantly eating to meet it. Most days I stay under 1,200 calories, but the thought of gaining weight is always in the back of my mind Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
