  1. Thank you for sharing! We had the same surgery date and our experience has been similar. I am doing very well also. My surgeon used surgical glue or something like that. I have about 5 small incisions that don't give me much trouble now. I'm getting in about 60 grams of Protein a day and 50oz of Fluid. I have to do better with the fluids. I'm heading to the drug store now to find different Vitamins. I got the Celebrate chewable and they taste absolutely gross to me! My sister in law and I were just saying the same thing, we've come too far and gone through too much to regain all we have lost. She had the sleeve in February. Congrats and we will have to keep up with each other to motivate along the way. High-418. Surgery-400 Current-387

    Started semi-solid food

I am 6 days post loans I am experiencing the Sam anxiety about how I will tolerate my diet once it progresses. I have done really well so far with managing the pain and haven't had any nausea or vomiting. So nervous about how next few weeks weeks will progress. You have given me hope!

    New Beginnings

@"Djmohr" thank you! I got the green light to start drinking so I'm sipping away and walking. Thank God I haven't been nauseous! Gas is getting better also. Slow and steady I go.
  4. Surgery finally came this morning! Overall I'm doing well. No nausea just this horrible stomach cramping which I believe it s the has everyone has talked about! I've been sitting up since about 5:30 EST and been walking. I know the road ahead will be though but looking forward to the journey.

    Denied --

That's very good advice. The surgeon's office said insurance companies will look for any reason not to pay, particularly since they are my secondary insurance. My primary doesn't cover at all.

    Denied --

I had the same situation happen this week. Cigna said they didn't get the physician recommendation form. The surgeon's office resubmitted yesterday and said it could take up to 30 days. I was devastated by the news. I'm trying to keep the faith.
