    Hi. Thank You all for posting about your experiences with Orbera. I am going to a seminar on Thursday to hear all that the physician has to say. I am hopeful that I can have the procedure soon ..... I've just about talked myself into it. Do you have any suggestions on how many days I should plan to be out of work? Are any of you taking Vitamins or supplements? Any tips for me?

    Thank you. I was looking at variety of vitamins and got overwhelmed. I can handle a multi vitamin and calcium .... I should be doing that anyway probably.
