I'm Carolyn from Florida and I noticed all of my internet inquiries lead me to this page so I decided to join! I am currently 3 weeks Post Op from having RNY gastric bypass. I received my weight loss surgery at Florida Hospital Celebration by Dr. Kim. So far I am learning so much with each and every passing day. As I'm in the puree stage, I am learning what my pouch can and cannot do. I'm working hard to stick to my nutritional guidelines and calorie intake. My high weight was 260 pre surgery and to date I have lost 24 lbs. I am at 236. My hope is to reach my goal weight of 145-150 by one year post op. I look forward to learning so much more on this forum!
