When did you guys have your first drink after surgery? Obviously beer is a problem for Lap Banders but wine/vodka???

My surgery is in a month I'm starting to prepare for the things I will need afterwords can anyone recommend vitamins for me to take I'm not exactly sure what it is I'm going to need
