They open a tab for you while you scrapbook and even provide food on certain nights. Does anyone want to do a 5k with me? Lets put this in perspective. It is only 3 miles. This is a long workout on your treadmill! It is on 3-14-09. I can do a mile in about 17-19 minutes to let you know how fast I walk. If you are a runner and want to do this and wait for the slow ones at the finish line...I would love to celebrate with you too!! This is a goal I have set for myself and since this is in familiar territory for me, I thought it would be a great place to start! Anyone up to trying it with me?? Is this a couple hour seminar or a couple day event. Im in Columbus Ohio and would not attend for a one day event but would consider for 2 day event.

Kenna called me. She is 2 weeks out of surgery and has lost a total of 30 lbs. She is on mushy food. Dr Tell from Riverside Fresh Start is doing a speech at her place (Barix i think) for the surgeries. She is going to that on saturday morning. How is everyone else? My band is loosening up... Im ready for thanksgiving and then Im going to get one last fill for the year.

will there be one on the east coast?

Scrapbooking: I have a great place to go to in Grove City OHIO for the day if you want me to plan that. If you want to do a weekend gathering... Get a few definate people to get in on it and I will hook us up with hotel rooms and a HUGE ROOM with our own tables. (I love planning stuff!!) Insurance: I never spoke with, wrote to, or did anything with my insurance. Riverside did EVERYTHING!!!!! I cannot stress to you how well organized this program is. If you are not banded, you HAVE to look into Riverside Methodist Hospital. The surgeon is Doctor Myers. Ask for Yvonne, Annie, or Rosa. They are all sooooo GREAT
