I've been seeing a counselor to work though this.. The skin part does suck, do you weight train at all? I wouldnt go below 130 ever, but 150 seems like a good skinny weight. your bmi is in the fit range. people who have a 20% bmi are less likely to get sick..are healthy etc.. as a female you naturally are going to have a bigger bmi than guys cause we store fat not muscles, but what that being said.. you could be muscley and have ur bmi be bigger due to have more weight cause of the muscle mass.. personally just take it day by day, if you lose a little more thats fine, but dont go nuts..besides if you get down too skinny and you dont like it, get a slight unfill ..
