ah the tummy tuck. I want one too. I really am fortunate as I have very little loose skin. None on my arms, or back, and just a little on my lower tummy, which honestly is probably from 3 pregnancies. If I were 20, I'd probably go for it, but at 40, I'm not hitting the beach in a bikini, I'll probably pass on that one.
