I think you are right Reese. I still have fear in eating too much and Im probably not taking in enough for my body to allow me to lose some. Im going to try to make sure I get five small protein meals in. I also need to up my cardio game.

I am on the second day of the "pouch reset". Ill let you know if it gets me back to losing this regained weight.

Yes I also have these issues. my immune system is non existent. Ive needed iron infusions and blood transfusions. I developed severe anemia. My hematologist told me most of his patients that are not cancer patients are almost all people who have had weight loss surgery. I am constantly sick. Had I known this would happen I think I would have done more to lose weight on my own. I have also gained back 75 lbs in 9 years. My pouch is still small and I still regained anyway. Dr says this is usually the rule. Im much worse off than before surgery.

im kind of surprised you even had the surgery if thats all the weight you had to lose. I had to be more than 100lbs overweight to qualify for it.

its your Gallbladder. many people need it removed post op.

I am 9 yrs out and have regained 75lbs I had an incident where i was almost murdered. I had two strokes and a brain aneurysm afterwards. I basically just didnt give a crap after that. Im only 42 yrs old. Ive started the pouch reset diet. Its hard but im powering through the hunger. Ive also started doing small exercises and short walks as I have done nothing really since being ill and having brain surgery. Wish me luck. 75lbs seems impossible right now but I did it before and Im going to do it again. For myself and my four kids.
