    Feeling bummed.

I haven't lost any weight in 3 weeks. I'll be 7 weeks out on Tuesday. I didn't expect my "stall" to begin this early. I've only lost 18 pounds since surgery. It's really making me feel down, which leads me to old habits (and bad food choices). I'm starting over on a liquid diet tomorrow, maybe that will help me break through my stall. Am I being delusional?

Update**** I ABSOLUTELY feel full after eating just a couple of bites of food! And it's an amazing feeling. I wasn't being delusional at all Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. I'm almost 2 weeks post op and still have a lot of pain. I spoke to my Dr and he said since it was the hole he pulled the stomach out of, I had to have my muscle stitched back together as well as subdermal stitches, so they take longer to heal. I wear a binder, that helps. And when it's starting to hurt I just apply pressure and that seems to help. For me I think it's the weight of my belly pulling down that is causing most of the pain, the rest is positional. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

What was your first week post op like?

I am on day 6, and still in pain. I've been taking lots of naps and trying to heal up before my husband goes back to work and I go back to being 24/7 mommy to my 1 & 2 year old. It will be interesting because I can't lift them at all. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Asking Dr for more pain meds?

I second the abdominal binder, I've been in a lot of pain ever since surgery (I'm 6 days post op). I haven't been up walking much because of the pain, but I'm gonna try today! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Still nursing!

I'm still successfully nursing! I'm 6 days post-op. I was really worried I wouldn't be hydrated enough for the both of us, but it's going amazingly well So for anyone wondering or worried about it, it can be done! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
