    Any FEBRUARY sleevers?!

I'm 5.5 weeks out and 29lbs. down and no loss this week either. So I'd say this is normal? Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  2. Thank you for your response. I'll pay attention to my Water temps. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  3. Yeah a little. Just for a few days, then it went away. I would say I'm fairly regular now. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  4. Thank you AmyMarie for mentioning "spasm"....once I goggled that a thousand posts came up with the same issue. I feel much better knowing its common. Most everyone's response is that its normal and it'll go away. Whew! That's a relief. And compared to others sounds like I have a mild case of it. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  5. I called my surgeons office....they don't know so they are going to ask my surgeon and get back to me. Protein shakes don't cause it, food doesn't cause it, only Water. And I've tried at different temps, don't matter. I do tend to drink really fast. I'll try to slow down and see if that helps. Hot things like coffee and broth don't seem to cause it either. 6. Okay, so I have a strange thing going on. When I drink Water I get a sharp pain in my stomach. It started about 2 weeks ago. I thought it was stomach acid, but I'm on acid meds and it makes no difference. Its not heartburn or acid reflux. No burning at all. Its a sharp pain that lasts for only a few seconds but comes on every 5-10 mins while I'm drinking water. I've tried crystal lite instead of water, still does it, I've tried several different types of water, still does it. Now I find myself afraid to drink water because I'm tired of the pain. I'm a month post-op. Anyone else experience this? Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  7. I'm suffering from the same. I have just moved onto the pureed foods and had some scrambled eggs this morning. I cooked one and didn't finish it, but I never really felt satisfied. I kinda feel nothing. From what I've read it seems to be normal size my nerves haven't "reconnected" so I guess I can't feel my stomach 100%. But the same here I can drink Water pretty fast with no problem. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

    Help please everyone

From my understanding there isn't a set amount of Jello you can have. Its about calories. I would say to be around or under 1,000 calories a day and you'll be fine.
