It gets better in time. Try to drink plenty of fluids. No pop or soda. I was banded 10-22-07 and you will be alright. -
Hello I have the band and have had 2 fills:rolleyes2: and now I am feeling and seeing the difference.At times it gets frustrating but you have to hang in their. I weighed 297 and I am now 262.

Are you on clear liquids if not have you tried the cream of chicken soup and add milk until it is thin enough for you.
