Beth, The first 3-4 days are the hardest. Are you drinking enough Water (64 oz or more)? I don't like cottage cheese either, but I am able to eat it with marina sauce, cheese when heated in the microwave. What about sugar free puddings? Are those allowed on your liquid diet. -
No I don't have a realize band, but I wanted to say welcome to the losers bench and I hope you have a speedy recovery. Sheila

Congratulations to all of you and speedy recoveries to you all as well. Monday will be the day that I join yall on the losers bench. I am excited and becoming nervous. The clear liquid diet has kicked my butt, I came home early from work on yesterday and decided not to return to until 9-22-08. So say a prayer for me on 9-8-08 and I will say one for the other surgeries as well Sheila
