    I failed my sleeve surgery.

Back to basics. Are you tracking your food? What changed? What did you do different before the weight started coming back? What i have noticed in my short time sleeved, is that after the "honeymoon" (which i never had really) you have to do the work. Its almost like the sleeve restricts you long enough for YOU to develop good habits. And then you have to hold onto those habits in order to keep loosing or maintain. There is a lot missing here. What is your diet? Not just portion size but what are you eating? Are you active? Meeting water intake? You have not failed, you have that tool for life. I agree that you need to see someone about the reason you have these habits.

    JUNE 2016 SLEEVERS CHECK IN!!!!!!!!!

Thank you, have not seen you in a while. Yes its low here too. Feels like before the surgery now. But i'm still pushing.
  3. JUST WANTED TO REACH OUT FOR AN UPDATE ON MY 6/16 BUDDIES. HOW IS IT GOING? WE ARE GETTING CLOSE TO A YEAR. ANY STRUGGLES? ANYONE AT GOAL?TALK TO ME
  4. Right , I figured in the beginning of this "I JUST WANT TO BE HEALTHY". now that the health has improved and the temptation to show off the hard work is here the TWIN TOWERS will not let me be great. The stomach, i can tuck in and conceal , been doing that for years. The boobs only look good completely covered. Nothing low cut because even in a great bra they look like they need to be ironed. Could i live with it, technically, would i be happy still having to cover up at beaches NO. After my one year check up i will start lining up consultations

    FAD DIETS after WLS

I had these thoughts before surgery. The reality is the surgery is on your stomach not your brain. So just like with any weight loss plan, there comes a point when every thing stops. Then what? If you have made that complete lifestyle change after taking a leap and having wls and you still cant get where you want to be??????????? Some may try different things to shake it up.Get it moving again. Whether its a change in eating or changing their work out. Its the same thought process as before surgery. You want to meet your goals and when you are actually doing everything right and its not happening.....HERE COMES THE DIETS
  6. Unfortunately even though the scale changed , my clothing size didn't move very fast. it didn't change not once until i dropped about 60 lbs lost.Starting size 15/16 ish currently 10/11 have not spent a dollar on clothes. Church give away, and donations. I usually drop off a trash bag or 2 monthly and acquire the same amount if not more in return. The only thing i had to spend money on is undergarments. Reach out to local churches or food banks they will know where to go.
  7. Was shooting for dec I'm.. 11 lbs from my first goal in dec I'll be a year and a half out
  8. I wish we could pick the body parts that we want to drop weight from. Until then i will keep doing the dreaded upper body work outs until i decide on surgery.
  9. I don't want to be bigger really or even as big as they were, just want symmetrical full breast
  10. Thank you and 145 is still my original goal. But the closer i get i think 135 will be a better fit, and give me a little wiggle room during maintenance. I have my heart set on being a size 8, i have always wanted a comfortable single digit size . Clothing sizes are not changing much for me started 14/16 about and 11 now THUNDER THIGHS wont let me be great.
  11. thanks i have always had thunder thighs so when i first started working out that was the easiest thing for me to work..i do a lot of barbell and sumo squats, leg press, cardio with ankle weights etc.
  12. Leaning towards lift with a fat transfer to fix the upper flatness, still have a little meat at the bottom. they look wrinkled in a bra so push ups make it worse.
  13. My work outs have changed a lot. At first like most is was all cardio, well mainly .Which i found is great for making the scale move, but sucks for building muscle or keeping your skin firm.So now its a combo of weights, cardio and strength exercises. 5 days a week faithfully . Still tracking food and macros
