    Lap band April 2015

Thank you, there are some good ideas there !! The chicken thighs sound good as I struggle with chicken sometimes. It is very much a slow process and getting used to it mentally as well as physically takes some getting used to but getting there slowly but surely lol :-) x

  3. Aww bless you, the same thing happened to me,I first went for a fill my stomach was still very swollen and that caused a tilt, I went back a few weeks later and they did it no problem, hopefully if the swelling goes down they will be able to fine it. all the best with it.

I'm a newbie to this forum, banded 2015 in April, progression seems slower at the start, I think once your band feels comfortable it helps. Any tips would be appreciated.
