I think it is trial and error at times I ate something last night that I had before and got really nauseated. I think I ate too fast.I also have anti nausea pills I take everyday still.I am 4 weeks out on Monday.

I felt the same way but they told me it gets better fast and it does,I am 4 weeks out tomorrow. On soft foods for another week. It is so much better I am excited to have lost 30 pounds! Feel good but tired.I am back working full time so that explains the tired. My attitude towards foods I used to eat has changed.I am so grateful. I.I did push the envelope andd tired to eat something I used to last night. Not a good idea.I got really nauseated .My body lets me know right away.My nutritionist said if you can't eat be sure and stay hydrated.I have done well with that.Best of luck! I had diverticulitis attack last summer. This was before I had the sleeve. It was the 5th attack in 2 years.I was told I was a "waking time bomb." If it ruptures you can die from the sepsis that comes with the rupture. So happy I took there avice they removed 2 feet of my colon in June. Make sure you see the doctor about yours.Good Luck.Yanitexan68 -

The hernia has hurt more than anything. But thankfully yesterday I turned a corner with it.MUCH BETTER! So grateful I had the change to do this.Hope yours went as well.Yankitexas68 -
