Try the chocolate splendor!!! It seriously is so good in coffee!im super picky about protein drinks

I only use Unjury.... I brew coffee in a cup, then add it to another coffee cup with the powder in it.. I use decaf , and the chocolate splendor... Tastes like a Mocha Latte! Soooo good!!!

Hey guys!! I finally got approved!! I've been on my preop diet since Feb 4.... Mine is liquids , and 1 cup raw veggies per day.... I'm going insane!!! What happens if I eat a bigger salad or meat???i posted a pic of my diet...

Is spaghetti squash ok to eat??? I'm in pre op, I have about 1 month before I start my 2 week pre surgery diet.... I was thinking it was ok.... But now I'm reading my list and it only says Summer Squash... Any one know?

I'm going to be having my surgery in March as well.... Waiting for my 6 month/approval.... All other stuff done!!! Anxious to say the least!
