Hi my name is Sandra Clark I just found bariatric pal and I am so glad that I did I am scheduled for gastric sleeve on February 4th at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring with dr. McArthur I'm excited but also scared I am looking for any advice that anyone can give me it has been through the gastric sleeve my highest weight was 437 after the 6 months of classes I'm currently at 380 and I'm excited I start my new life on February 4th
