I don't understand why caffeine is not allowed.

Last year I started and stopped the process. At that point in my life I was exactly in that same spot. I was told by the coordinator that they look at the weight during the whole process. However, that is my insurance company. I think the coordinator would be the person to give you the best information. Yesterday I restarted the process. I had my first nutritionist appointment. Next month I met with my surgeon and will have my second nutritionist visit. Good luck!
