    5 lbs a week is amazing especially with your body retaining fluids and being swollen. That you doc made you feel that way is insane! I would be super pissed at him!

    This current stall is aggravating me to death. And of course it started the week I went back to the gym! I'm on week 2 of the stall and only down 1 lb!!! I want to embrace it but I feel like strangling it!!!
